Capt. Rayjo Paul

Capt. Rayjo Paul is the Director of the Performance Desk at Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG, where they focus on vessel performance, optimization, sustainability, and digitization. Previously, they served as a Senior Port Captain at Oldendorff Carriers from 2013 to 2020 and as a Master Mariner with Mediterranean Shipping Company and Synergy Maritime from 2008 to 2011. Capt. Paul has also gained valuable experience as a Marine Consultant and Vessel Operator. They hold multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from The University of Texas at Austin and a PG Diploma in Maritime Energy & Sustainability from the World Maritime University.
