Jan Kohzer possesses extensive experience in sustainability and legislative affairs within the maritime and military sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Legislative Affairs & Outreach and Senior Sustainability Manager at Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG since 2012, Jan is responsible for ensuring compliance with ESG regulations. Furthermore, Jan holds a military officer role in the Army Reserve and has previously worked as the Crew Development Manager and P&I Claims Manager. After joining the Clean Shipping Alliance as Director and Executive board member in early 2023, Jan contributes significantly to emission control efforts within the shipping industry. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship as a Port Agent at Sartori & Berger GmbH&Co KG from 2009 to 2012.
