Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in chartering and operations management. Currently serving as a Chartering Manager at Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG since November 2016, Matthew has worked across various vessel categories, including Capesize and Babycape, while previously holding the position of Operations Manager. Prior to Oldendorff, Matthew was an MPP Vessel Operator at Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd from May 2012 to November 2016 and gained initial experience as a Summer Intern at Wallem Group. Matthew holds a BSc in Maritime Business and Law from the University of Plymouth and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
