Fred Fields

Fred Fields has extensive experience in leadership and operations within nonprofit organizations and agencies. As the Vice President of Strategy, Planning, and Administration and Chief Operating Officer at Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP since 2010, Fred has focused on strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Associate Vice President at United Way of New York City from 2005 to December 2010 and Founding Managing Director of Taproot Foundation in New York from 2002 to 2004. Fred's corporate experience includes senior positions at Organic in the UK and the US, and Director of Client Services at Agency.com in London, contributing to business development and operations. Fred holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University.
