Janice Mackler has extensive experience in sales and business management, having worked in the industry since 1997. Janice began their career at Marcus & Millichap, where they were a Sales Associate in the Multi-Family Sector. In 2000, they joined CBRE as a Director of Due Diligence for the Retail Sales team. Janice then moved to NewBridge Partners in 2002, where they served as National Sales Transaction Manager for Retail Investments. In 2003, they joined The Shopping Center Group as Director of Retail Property Sales. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Owner and Provider of Retail Investment Solutions at All Points Management. After that, they joined Vivonet in 2015 as Enterprises Sales Director. In 2017, they began working at Fourth as Sales Director, and was promoted to US Sales Director and then to Dir of Sales. In 2021, they joined DTiQ as Director of Enterprise Accounts. Currently, Janice is the Sales Manager at Olea Edge Analytics, where they are committed to helping water utilities combat aging infrastructure, meet greater demand, and limit rate increases.

Janice Mackler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Double Major Finance & Economics from Kennesaw State University between 1996 and 1999. Janice has since obtained a Selling for Impact certification from Winning by Design in September 2022, a Miller Heiman Certified certification from Miller Heiman Group in September 2019, an Iowa Real Estate Commission Broker's License from the Iowa Real Estate Commission in January 2015, a South Carolina Brokers License from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission in April 2014, a Sandler Certified certification from Sandler Training in January 2014, and a Microsoft Office 365 certification from Microsoft. Janice also has a Georgia Real Estate Commission Brokers License and a Florida Real Estate Commission Brokers License, although the dates of those certifications are unknown. Janice has also engaged in extensive self-study on best practices in sales.
