Emmanuel Plascencia is a Research Development Electronic Engineer at OLEDCOMM since April 2022, previously serving as a PhD student at City on the Move-VEDECOM Institute from April 2019 to April 2022, where focus was on visible light communication control in a platoon vehicle environment. Prior experience includes a research internship at OLEDCOMM in early 2018 dedicated to LiFi front end development and professional residencies at Universidad de Guanajuato for the creation of an infrared light viewer and android application. Emmanuel holds a PhD in Informatique from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (2019-2022) and has completed an engineering degree in electronic engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de León (2010-2016) and Universidad de Guanajuato (2016-2018).
