Birgit Beccard

Birgit Beccard is an experienced engineer with a strong background in hardware development and process engineering. Currently serving as a Development Engineer at OLEDWorks since December 2021, Birgit has also been a Prozessingenieur at APEVA SE since October 2017, focusing on the development of powder dosing systems, evaporation units, and gas sensors, along with experimental planning and execution, sample characterization, and customer demonstrations. Prior experience includes ten years as a Process Engineer in Application Engineering Organics at AIXTRON SE, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, and earlier roles at AIXTRON AG involved planning and supervising research and development projects in the III/V semiconductor domain. Birgit holds a Diplom in Physics from RWTH Aachen University, obtained between 1985 and 1991.
