Manfred Ruske

Manfred Ruske is a highly experienced Senior Development Engineer with a strong background in OLED technology, having worked at OLEDWorks since November 2015, where responsibilities include design, product and process development, and project management. Prior roles at Philips GmbH involved leading EU projects, product benchmarking, and supplier communications, with a focus on OLED components and cost reduction. Earlier career experience includes process development in thin film deposition and coating technology at various companies, such as Applied Films GmbH and Leybold Systems GmbH. Manfred Ruske holds a Diplom degree in Physics from The University of Bonn (1991-1996).
