Olefit is a flamenco-inspired mindful fitness program for life enjoyers who understand the importance of emotional and physical health.

This discipline was created in Chicago in 2014 by Paloma Gómez,  professional dancer and former member of "Ballet Nacional de España" and Luis Lorente, who share a great love of art and a common enjoyment of physical well-being and sports.

The project arose from an idea at a dance studio of Northeastern Illinois University after an intense flamenco class. 
Seeing the students' satisfaction after the class, brought them the idea to create a new fitness model set to the rhythms of the most festive flamenco music, guiding physical activity based on Spanish dance movements.

We are the first flamenco based fitness discipline in the world accredited by ACE
