Blach Philippe is currently the R&D Team Leader in Lubricants at Oleon, a position they have held since 2015. Previously, they served as an R&D Engineer and R&D Project Manager at the same company from 2010 to 2015. Blach also completed postdoctoral research at CNRS from 2008 to 2010 and earned a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale between 2002 and 2005.
