Marjan Maes

Marjan Maes is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and development, particularly in food and feed additives. Since October 2007, Marjan has held several positions at Oleon, including PMO R&D Manager and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, where responsibility encompasses the CSR policy across the entire supply chain. Previous roles include Team Leader of R&D, where Marjan focused on innovative project development and quality improvement, and Research Development Engineer. Earlier career experiences include Project Engineer at Arcadis, Environmental Coordinator at imec, and Research Engineer at Groep T. Marjan's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology, from Erasmus University Rotterdam and KU Leuven, as well as earlier studies at Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
