Lisa Ng

Lisa Ng has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Lisa currently works at OLG as the Director Human Resources Business Partner, where they support the organization's transformation modernization strategy and delivers HR services and programs. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever Canada Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, supporting the Customer Development and Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams. Before that, they held multiple positions at Exel PLC (formerly Tibbett & Britten Group Canada Inc.), where they served as a Human Resources Manager for various logistics and warehousing companies. Lisa also worked at Canadian Tire Corporation, Ltd. as a Human Resources Consultant, partnering with different corporate functions. Overall, Lisa brings a wealth of experience in HR strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, and process improvement.
