Monique Roy

Monique Roy has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Monique worked at OLG as the Head of Service Delivery Management Center of Excellence since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Univision Communications Inc. as a Consultant in Business Process Design from 2013 to 2015. Monique also held the position of Vice President Operations, Services, Customer Service, and Six Sigma at GE Capital from 2005 to 2010. Before that, they worked at NBC Universal as Vice President Commercial Operations and Six Sigma Master Black Belt Operations from 2000 to 2005. Monique's career began at GE Capital, where they served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Business Quality Analyst from 1997 to 2000.

Monique Roy earned a BA in Marketing and Management from Brock University, where they attended from 1989 to 1994.
