Paul Henman is an outcomes-focused Agile Coach and Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience in promoting organizational agility, customer satisfaction, and team empowerment. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Delivery Advisor at OLG since 2025, Paul has also worked as an Outcomes Coach and Chief Agile Officer at Toronto Agile Coach in 2024.
