Stephen Cohen

Stephen Cohen is an experienced professional in employee experience and policy strategy, having held various leadership positions at OLG from 2018 to 2019, including Director of P&C Strategy and Senior Manager of Employee Experience. Prior to this, they served as a Program Analyst with the Government of Ontario and as a Senior Policy Advisor in the province's Ministry of Economic Development. Stephen's background includes roles in education and research, notably as a Gender Researcher with VSO Guyana and a Teacher Trainer with the Peel Dufferin Catholic School Board. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University.
