Olgan Rub & Co. is a boutique law firm with unique expertise in the field of energy and infrastructure. The firm provides diverse and tailor-made services focused on maximizing the value of its clients’ operations.

Our team has unprecedented experience with accompanying clients at all stages of the project, from initiation, development, procurement and erection to commercial operation. Among others, we also advise energy consumers (such as industrial plants, real estate companies and local municipalities) in the process of analyzing their energy consumption regime and energy requirements, and subsequently, implementing the required actions at their site, including the purchase of discounted electricity, the erection of their own generation facilities (both renewable and natural gas), storage facilities and charging stations for electric vehicles.

The firm is prominent for having an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory regimes controlling the Israeli energy and infrastructure sectors, and for having a long lasting, cooperative and fruitful relationship with the most influential regulators.

Our practice also regularly accompanies various bidders in competitive processes, both in state tenders and private RFP’s, in addition to the provision of ongoing regulatory and commercial consultation effecting our clients’ day-to-day business.

We deal in all energy technologies (conventional, co-generation, solar, wind, biomass and storage), while accompanying a wide range of international and local entities, including developers, industrial plants, real estate companies, local municipalities, in addition to EPC and O&M contractors.

Finally, we proud ourselves of truly being business oriented with a comprehensive understanding of the energy and infrastructure economy. This allows us to provide our clients with the big (and realistic) picture, identify business opportunities, and to tailor comprehensive solutions that take into account both legal and commercial aspects.
