James Berthold has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career at DuPont as a Technician from June 1986 to June 1988. James then joined OLI Systems, Inc. in 1988, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Service and Vice President of Customer Support. At OLI Systems, Inc., they managed support relationships with customers, oversaw technical support and training issues, and developed new documentation and training guides.
