Dorin Pollack

Dorin Pollack is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRBP & Talent Acquisition at Oligo Security since July 2025. Prior to this role, Dorin held positions at Checkmarx as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where strategic support was provided to the R&D and Product divisions, and at BLEND Localization as a Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and enhancing team performance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruiter and Training Manager, contributing to onboarding and training initiatives, and supporting HR operations at PwC Israel. Dorin also has coaching experience with high school students in a military preparation program and worked as a teaching assistant in finance at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance was earned.
