Alex Weir has extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, and engineering. At Olin, from May 2016 to January 2020, Alex held multiple roles, including Global Supply Chain Director and Plant Manager, overseeing operations at the Henderson, Nevada facility focused on bleach production and chlor alkali terminal activities. Prior to Olin, Alex worked as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University, where research centered on engineered nanomaterials, and as an Environmental/Chemical Engineer at the US EPA, responsible for project and safety plan development and regulatory compliance. Alex began their career as an Environmental Department Intern at Resolution Copper Company, ensuring environmental compliance while collecting baseline data. Alex holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
