Andreas Tigges

Andreas Tigges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance, reliability, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Maintenance, Reliability & Engineering Leader and Maintenance & Reliability Director for EMEA, ASIA, and LAA at Olin since October 2015, Andreas holds a history of progressive leadership roles, including Global Director of Asset Integrity and EMEA Associate Maintenance Director. Prior to Olin, Andreas spent 25 years at Dow Chemical, where leadership roles included Instandhaltungs Leiter, Reliability Manager, Project Manager, Operations Leader, and Run Plant & Improvement Engineer. Andreas holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Chemietechnik from TU Dortmund University, obtained in 1990.
