Chad Naquin

Chad Naquin currently serves as the Associate Director of Maintenance and Site Maintenance Leader at Olin since October 2015. Prior experience at The Dow Chemical Company from May 1991 to September 2015 includes roles as Special Project Manager, where productivity projects were implemented to enhance value creation, and Reliability Leader, overseeing site turnaround operations with a budget of $100MM annually and managing warehouse operations with over $60MM in spare parts. Additionally, Chad held the position of Materials Engineer, focusing on material selection, corrosion testing, failure analysis, and mechanical integrity assessments, and is a NACE Level III Certified Coating Inspector. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, obtained between 1989 and 1991.
