Charles C.

Charles C. currently serves as the Global Reliability Program Lead at Olin, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Charles accumulated extensive experience at LyondellBasell from January 2015 to September 2025, where responsibilities included Net Zero leadership for North America, overseeing the Value Enhancement Program, and managing reliability initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Albemarle Corporation as Site Reliability Superintendent and leadership positions in refinery teams, as well as significant contributions at INVISTA as Asset Leader for the Adipic Acid Unit. Additionally, Charles served as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities encompassed operations management of a nuclear power plant. Academically, Charles holds an Executive MBA from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
