Chris Ousley

Chris Ousley has extensive experience in finance and audit roles, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Olin since April 2010. Ousley's career at Olin also includes positions as Sr. Director of Financial Shared Services, Director of Business Process Improvement (BPI) in Finance, Director of SOX Compliance, and Director of IT Audit. Prior to Olin, Ousley worked as Manager of Internal Audit - IT at KV Pharmaceutical and held managerial roles at Brown Smith Wallace. Additionally, Ousley began a career at KPMG, where responsibilities included Associate Auditor and Associate Network Analyst. Ousley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
