Cory Hayes

Cory Hayes, MBA, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in production and process management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Olin since May 2018, Cory has held various leadership roles, including Production Manager and Technical Superintendent. Prior to joining Olin, Cory worked at International Paper from June 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Bleach Plant and Chemical Preparation as a Process Manager. Cory's career began at Weyerhaeuser as a Mechanical Project Engineer (Co-Op Student), contributing to engineering projects with significant budgets. Cory holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
