Dare Adalumo

Dare Adalumo is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Process Control/Instrument Electrical Engineer at Olin since August 2024. Prior to this role, Dare worked at INVISTA as an Instrument, Control and Electrical Reliability Engineer from August 2022 to October 2025 and served as an Electrical Reliability Engineer at International Paper from August 2019 to August 2022. Dare began a career in the field as an Electrical Engineering Intern at International Paper in early 2018. Earlier technical experience includes working as an Information Technology Technician at Tuskegee University from May 2016 to July 2019, providing support in troubleshooting and repairing computer systems along with network upgrades and installations. Dare holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University, completed in August 2019.
