Dave Bray

Dave Bray is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Olin since March 2017, Dave has established a Houston-based audit team and leads the global SOX compliance process. Previously, Dave held the position of Director of Internal Audit at Freeport McMoRan Oil and Gas, where responsibilities included managing cost reduction initiatives and overseeing vendor audits. As Head of Internal Audit at Lime Rock Resources, Dave facilitated compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and assisted in Dodd-Frank compliance. In earlier roles at Universal American and Protiviti, Dave ensured compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and managed various audit projects while mentoring staff. Dave's career began as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen, with a foundational education from Texas A&M University.
