David Haskins is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in labor relations and HR management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Winchester Division at Olin since October 2015, David has previously held over a decade of roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including HR/LR Leader for Texas Operations and Site Logistics Leader. Additional experience includes positions as HR Manager for North America at Styron LLC and Regional HR Manager at both The Dow Chemical Company and Rohm and Haas. David Haskins holds a Master of Arts in Education focused on Human Resource Development from Tusculum University and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Johnson University.
