Dylan Hamel

Dylan Hamel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems operations and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Olin since August 2022. In this role, Dylan manages and enhances OSI PI batching infrastructure, develops connectivity standards for OPC, and conducts data analysis to drive operational improvements. Previously, as Director of Systems Operations at InSpire Transportation Solutions, Dylan led the design of HVAC systems for indoor cultivation and transitioned from Applications Engineer to CTO, significantly improving operational margins. Dylan’s experience also includes roles as a Controls Engineer at Hallam-ICS, where integration of process control systems across various industries was key, and as a Project Manager at Control Technologies Inc. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College.
