Erich Ely

Erich Ely has extensive experience in plant management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Olin since March 2007, overseeing a maintenance department of approximately 55 employees with a significant budget for materials and contracts. Previous roles at Olin include Production Manager and Reliability and Maintenance Manager, as well as Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor, where Erich led a team responsible for maintenance and reliability activities in a 100 MW Chlor Alkali facility. Prior to Olin, Erich worked as Energy Manager at ARAMARK Facility Services, where efforts to enhance energy efficiency resulted in a 12% reduction in operating costs for multiple facilities. Erich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Alfred University, completed in 2004.
