Frank Russo serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Litigation at Olin since June 2022. Previously, Russo held significant roles at Brink's Inc from May 2009 to May 2022, including Global Head of Litigation and Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, where responsibilities encompassed managing the global litigation portfolio and enhancing compliance programs across six continents. Additionally, Russo was General Counsel for Brink's Global Services in the APAC, Middle East, and Africa regions, managing a team of international attorneys. Earlier in Russo's career, positions included Senior Attorney/Vice President at Wachovia Securities, Associate at Crews & Hancock, and Counsel at Christian & Barton, LLP. Russo earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1997 and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Virginia in 1994.
