Inchan Hwang

Inchan Hwang serves as the VP, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Olin since July 2022, previously holding the role of VP, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary. Hwang is an experienced corporate attorney with a background in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, venture capital, and franchise law. Previous roles include Director & Assistant General Counsel for Corporate, Securities and Governance at 3M and Director & Assistant General Counsel for M&A and Corporate Strategy at 3M, along with partnership at Stinson LLP. Hwang has contributed to the legal community as a board member of the NAPABA Law Foundation and the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and served as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. Education includes a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in International Business/Japanese Studies from Sophia University.
