Jen Steinmiller

Jen Steinmiller is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Olin since April 2013, Jen has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Human Resources Director for Texas Operations. Previous experience includes HR Consultant and HR Generalist roles at UPMC between October 2010 and March 2013, as well as a Human Resources Specialist at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from December 2008 to October 2010. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration, both from West Virginia University.
