Jerry Lebold is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and chemical industries. Currently serving as the VP of Manufacturing and EHS Center of Excellence at Olin since October 2025, Jerry previously held several key leadership roles at BASF from April 2012 to October 2025, including Senior Vice President and General Manager at the Geismar Site, and Vice President positions in Chemical Catalysts and Operations. Prior to BASF, Jerry was the Global Manufacturing Director at Novolyte Technologies and held various managerial positions at ICL-Performance Products LP and Solutia. Jerry earned a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, further complementing a rich career in operations and manufacturing management.
