Joe Citizen has over a decade of experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Site Maintenance, Reliability, and Turnaround Director at Olin since March 2014. Joe has held various leadership positions within Olin, including Site Director and Production Leader. Prior to Olin, Joe worked at NextEra Energy Resources as a Systems Engineer, focusing on safety and reliability of systems in a nuclear plant environment. Joe's career includes engineering roles at CB&I and Fluor, where responsibilities encompassed design support and compliance with ASME code requirements. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lamar University, earned in 2008.
