Kaleb Brown

Kaleb Brown is a Production Engineer at Olin since June 2022, where responsibilities include providing process technical expertise for plant operations, managing technical documentation, troubleshooting, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Previously, Kaleb served as a Chemical Engineering Intern, contributing to optimization projects in bleach production that resulted in over $100,000 in cost savings and significant manpower savings. Kaleb has also gained experience through internships at McGard, focusing on data compilation for environmental reporting and conducting root-cause analyses, as well as evaluating plating processes in earlier roles. Additionally, experience at Aztech Geothermal involved investigating pressurized ground loops to enhance system performance, while involvement with the National Energy Education Development Project included conducting energy audits and making recommendations for energy efficiency. Kaleb holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
