Kathy Mollett

Kathy Mollett, MS-RM, CPCU, ARM, CRIS, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at Olin since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing a comprehensive risk management program to protect the corporation's assets and reputation while driving profitable growth. Previously, during a tenure from 2014 to 2016 with SunEdison Semiconductor as Global Risk Manager, Kathy directed the development of risk management and corporate insurance objectives, managed insurance programs, and communicated risk impacts to business units. Earlier roles included Senior Risk Analyst and Senior Claims Analyst at McCarthy Building Companies (2008-2014), Corporate Risk Analyst at Isle of Capri (2006-2008), and Risk Management Specialist at Carle Foundation Hospital (2003-2006). Kathy holds a Master's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
