Luther Garrett

Luther Garrett is an experienced PCE and Piping Inspector currently employed at Olin since December 2021. With a solid background in API inspections, Luther held multiple positions including Level II EP&I Zone API Inspector at Turner Specialty Services, where responsibilities encompassed the inspection of process pipe, completion of inspection documentation, and remaining life calculations from August 2011 to December 2021. Prior to that, Luther worked at Mistras Group, Inc., focusing on site safety as well as inspection documentation, and also held similar roles at Southern Technical Services and Pro Inspect with an emphasis on API 570 inspections. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Pipefitting/Environmental Safety from Brazosport College.
