Mary Beth Hill

Mary Beth Hill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology development, operations excellence, and project management. Currently serving as a Technology Development Engineer and Operations Excellence Leader at Olin Corporation since November 2011, Mary Beth has previously worked at Vertis Communications in various roles, including Manager of Lean and Continuous Improvement, where efforts led to significant process improvements in manufacturing. Mary Beth's experience also includes project management roles during the merger with American Color and client consulting to enhance advertising and marketing processes. Earlier career highlights involve managing a corporate digital archive at Simon & Schuster and technical sales for Eastman Kodak. Education includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Purdue University, in addition to certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional.
