Massimo Checchi

Massimo Checchi is an experienced operations leader in epoxy manufacturing, currently serving as the Italy, Brasil, China, and Korea Operations Leader at Olin since October 2015, in addition to being the Site Leader for Olin Epoxy. Checchi has previously held positions at The Dow Chemical Company as a Product Manager and Production Leader, where responsibilities included site management at the Pisticci plant. Prior expertise includes maintenance leadership at Dow AgroSciences, focusing on maintenance strategies and production continuity, and a role as Improvement Engineer at Dow Coating Materials, concentrating on capital projects and production optimization. Checchi's career began with positions at SIR Industriale, where skills in process optimization and human resources management were developed, and at CONDOROIL, providing technical support in metal surface treatment and water treatment processes. Checchi holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano.
