Michael Gunter

Michael Gunter is an experienced project controls and financial management professional with a comprehensive background in managing complex programs. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager for the Olin $2B+ Department of Defense Mission Critical program, Michael has established and supervised a project controls department to ensure effective execution of projects within established scope, quality, schedule, and budget parameters. Prior to this role, Michael achieved significant savings as a Senior Financial Analyst at Olin, leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing manufacturing cost standards for numerous cost centers. Michael's previous experience includes roles at Northrop Grumman, where performance metrics were developed and analyzed, and Cerris Systems, where financial documentation and reconciliations were managed for substantial revenue streams. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
