Nick Hendon

Nick Hendon has extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Olin since November 2012. Previously, Nick held various leadership roles at Olin, including Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Epoxy, as well as Senior Counsel and Vice President at Winchester. Prior legal experience includes an attorney position at Husch Blackwell from 2006 to November 2012, and a role as a Strategy Analyst at Anheuser-Busch in 2003. Nick began his career at John Deere as an Information Technology Analyst from 2000 to 2002. Academically, Nick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, both earned between 2003 and 2006, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Augustana College.
