Oakley Hayes, CEM, is an accomplished environmental specialist with extensive experience in multi-media environmental compliance and air quality management. Currently serving as Environmental Specialist II at Harvest Midstream Company since March 2021, Oakley oversees compliance for industrial facilities across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, including Colorado, New Mexico, and federal reservations. Previous roles include Air Quality Technical Manager and Air Quality Scientist for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, where Oakley managed the Title V permitting program and developed the New Source Review program. Additional experience includes environmental compliance monitoring at American Midstream, LLC, and permit writing for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's Title V operating permit program. Oakley holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Fort Lewis College.
