Philip Welty

Philip Welty is an experienced engineering professional specializing in applications engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Olin since February 2022, Philip previously held various roles at Ingersoll Rand from November 2012 to February 2022, including Senior Applications Engineer and Interim Global Tendering Manager, where responsibilities involved leading a team focused on API and Process Gas applications across multiple regions. Philip's career also includes significant positions at SIHI Pumps, Inc., overseeing the Applications Engineering Group, and roles at SPX Corporation, as well as research and internship experience at Ohio University and Honda. Philip obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University and completed additional studies in Spanish history and culture at Universidad Pública de Navarra.
