Terry F. has extensive experience in piping maintenance, reliability engineering, and compliance within the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Piping Maint Technology & Compliance Director for Olin since August 2015, Terry provides leadership and expertise in chemical transmission pipeline technology, including regulatory compliance with PHMSA and DOT standards. Previously, Terry held various leadership roles at The Dow Chemical Company, managing the reliability and maintenance of Chlor Alkali assets and overseeing logistics for plastics production. Additional experience includes roles at Alcoa, INVISTA, DuPont, and Zachry Associates, focusing on mechanical maintenance, production operations, and project engineering. Terry earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
