Tim Ponsler

Tim Ponsler has extensive experience in finance, particularly within the chemical and aerospace industries. Starting at McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Company from January 1983 to March 1988 in various financial planning roles, Tim then transitioned to Olin, where from April 1988 to January 1999, roles included Manager and Director of Finance in the Olin Ordnance Division/Primex Technologies. Tim's tenure at Olin continued with multiple leadership positions, including Director of Finance and Vice President, Financial Officer from February 1999 to August 2001, and Vice President Finance for Olin Chlor Alkali Products from February 2016 to December 2022. Currently, Tim serves as Vice President of Financial Shared Services at Olin, a position held since January 2023. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Lindenwood College.
