Timothy Swift is an experienced manufacturing leader with a background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the East Plant Manufacturing Leader at Olin since May 2022, Timothy oversees operations and improvements in the Brine, Caustic Evaporation, Cell Room, and Chlorine processing areas while promoting a strong safety culture. Previous roles at Olin include Manufacturing Supervisor for the Brine/Caustic Process and Production Engineer at Ariel Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed designing optimal systems, providing on-site failure support, and enhancing efficiency in various engineering roles. Timothy’s early experience includes co-op positions in technical services, quality control, and project engineering, as well as hands-on roles in construction and nursery management. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, completed in 2016.
