Tyler Stephens II

Tyler Stephens II has a diverse professional background in engineering and management, currently serving as Site Integration and Contract Administrator and previously in roles such as Site Project Manager - Utilities Engineer - Productivity & Sustainability and Associate Production Engineer at Olin since September 2018. Prior experience includes positions as an Engineering Intern at McIlhenny Company, where Tyler contributed to quality assurance tests and implemented procedures for product sample management, and as Owner of Bayou Grass Gators LLC, demonstrating strong operational and business management skills. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where Tyler designed prototypes for food processing, and as a Printing Press Operator at Quoyeser Inc., overseeing shop operations. Tyler earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in June 2018.
