Leadership:

Great Leadership is probably the most important aspect of choosing the right Security provider. The Coachella Valley is a small desert with a handful of security providers only a few are local and O’Linn has been here longer than any other. We all share from the same pool of officers but it is our leadership and expertise that sets us apart. Our officers respect the uniform and have a sense of duty to uphold the legacy of the name O’Linn. They are part of our family so it is their name on their badge as well, and it shows on every post we secure!
