Iain Smith has diverse work experience in various customer service roles. Iain started their career as a Customer Service Representative at iiNet from February 2014 to October 2015. Iain then worked as a Detailer at Thrifty Car & Truck Rental Australia from November 2017 to February 2018. Following that, they were a Customer Service Representative at Compass Claims from May 2018 to April 2019.
