Aron Racho

Aron Racho has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering field. Aron started their career as a QA Engineer at myHealthBank in 2002 and later transitioned to a Software Engineer role at MyHealthBank / QCSI / The Trizetto Group, Inc. In 2007, they joined Jive Software as a Performance Engineer, eventually moving on to become a Senior Software Engineer and then a Staff Engineer (Technical Lead). Aron was responsible for connecting internal and external customers with the Jive platform and was a key contributor to the Jive Purposeful Places framework. In 2015, Aron briefly worked as a Lead Developer at Forefather Games and then joined Olio Apps as a Principal Engineer. Most recently, they worked as a Consultant at Spire Digital starting in 2018. Throughout their career, Aron has gained expertise in Jive integration technologies and has proven their abilities as a skilled software engineer.

Aron Racho attended Governors State University from 1999 to 2000, studying Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they studied Psychology and Music at Grinnell College.
